Wellbeing
You can't plan a future while you're still carrying the past by yourself.

Our clinical team of six licensed therapists offers individual counseling at no cost, at The Porch, by video, or in a Landing Homes community room. There's no waitlist longer than ten days.
Peer groups meet weekly, led by trained alumni: a general group, a young parents' group, an LGBTQ+ group, and a group for young men. Nobody has to talk until they're ready.
Our health navigator helps young adults keep the Medicaid coverage North Carolina provides to former foster youth until age 26, find a primary care doctor, and get to appointments.
What you get
- Free counseling with a licensed therapist
- Weekly peer support groups
- Health insurance help through age 26
- A navigator for appointments and prescriptions
Questions
Is counseling confidential?

What if I'm in crisis right now?
