Pathways adds its 41st employer partner
A regional hospital system joins with ten paid apprenticeships in sterile processing and patient transport.
Paid Apprenticeship now includes 41 Charlotte employers. The newest partner will host ten apprentices a year in hospital roles that lead to certifications and full-time jobs.
Apprentices earn while they train, with Pathways coaches supporting them on and off the job.
